Terence Crawford has revealed a striking new look just days before stepping into the ring with Canelo Alvarez in Las Vegas.

The American, already a three-weight undisputed champion, has bulked up significantly to meet Canelo at 168lbs for the Mexican’s full collection of super middleweight titles. It marks a 14lb jump from Crawford’s last outing at junior middleweight, where he dethroned Israil Madrimov in 2024.

Now 37, Crawford posed shirtless on social media this week, showing a ripped frame with defined abs and heavy muscle. The photos prompted instant reaction from fans, with one writing: “Canelo in trouble.” Another added: “Big fella look terrifying.”

Crawford began his career at lightweight, winning his first world title at 135lbs, and has since climbed through divisions to establish himself as one of the sport’s pound-for-pound kings. This fight with Canelo, scheduled for September 13 at Allegiant Stadium, is his boldest leap yet.
